Music plays a vital role in Study. The film does not rely on traditional techniques of narrative cinema. Film director Paolo Benetazzo wanted the film to be a primarily visual and sound experience.
The soundtrack album contains 17 tracks and features a variety of music genres: classical, hard rock, psychedelic rock, funk rock, new age, gothic rock, trash metal.
